Technological Process
Raw materials in the feeding hopper are evenly fed into a jaw crusher by a vibrating feeder for primary crushing.
After coarse crushing, the stones enter an impact crusher for secondary fine crushing.
The finely crushed materials are then screened by a vibrating screen into several grades of aggregates.
Stones that meet the required particle size are conveyed to the finished product stockpile via a finished product belt conveyor.
Stones that do not meet the size requirement are returned to the secondary crusher by a belt conveyor for re-crushing, forming a closed-circuit multiple-cycle system.
The particle size of finished aggregates can be combined and reclassified according to user requirements, followed by the material washing process.

A2: It can process medium-soft materials such as dolomite and shale. Equipment parameters need to be adjusted according to different materials.
